Assistant Preschool Teacher

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the lead teacher in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. Our preschool is opened September through the end of May from 9am-3pm. We do not offer before or after-school care.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Passion for early childhood education
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teacher with implementing lesson plans
- Supervise children during activities and playtime
- Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff
