Our Lady of the Elms High School
The Payroll & Accounts Payable Clerk is a vital role responsible for supporting various administrative responsibilities of Our Lady of the Elms School. The Clerk reports directly to the Controller. Primary responsibilities of the position include data entry functions of payroll, accounting, human resources and working with the President of the Elms.

Duties and Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Payroll processing and reconciliation bi-weekly Accounts Payable invoice data entry Assist in required filings for payroll and benefits Assist in managing budget information for payroll accounts Demonstrate excellent writing and verbal skills Demonstrate strong organization and attention to detail Uphold and enforce school policies and communicate positive support of the school to the public in word and deed Maintain confidentiality of records and information regarding faculty and staff in accordance with accepted professional ethics and state and federal laws Maintain appropriate work habits, including professional, collaborative relationships with other staff members Regular and punctual attendance Perform all other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS: Payroll processing experience Working knowledge of ADP and Quickbooks Working knowledge of Google Suite and MS Excel High school diploma Appropriate criminal records-check by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation and Federal Bureau of investigation. Have attended or willing to attend a VIRTUS Protecting God’s Children training.
