Job Title: Client Resources and Program Manager
Reports To: Executive Director
Overview: Aim Women's Center is committed to serving women who are at high risk for abortion by providing information and options so they can confidently become the mother God has created them to be. This individual helps ensure that we serve all clients with love, dignity, and mercy.
The Client Resources and Program Manager will oversee the delivery of client services and programs within the pregnancy resource center. This position is central to ensuring clients receive the resources, education, and support they need while fostering a welcoming and Christ-centered environment. The Client Resources and Program Manager will collaborate with staff, volunteers, and community partners to enhance the impact of Aim Women's Center's mission.
Hours: ~25 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
Client Services
• Oversee the intake process, ensuring clients are greeted warmly and provided with appropriate resources and support.
• Manage the Baby Boutique, including inventory tracking, donations, and coordinating with volunteers to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise and coordinate the points-based incentive system for client classes and boutique use.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
Program Management
• Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs, including parenting classes, childbirth preparation, and Bible studies.
• Coordinate the scheduling and logistics for community baby showers and other client-focused events.
• Work with instructors, volunteers, and staff to ensure high-quality program delivery.
• Identify new opportunities for program expansion to meet emerging client needs.
Volunteer Coordination
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to assist with program delivery and resource distribution.
• Foster a positive, mission-driven team culture among volunteers and staff.
Community Engagement
• Build and maintain relationships with local organizations and agencies to provide clients with referrals for additional support services.
• Represent Aim Women's Center at community events to promote awareness of available services and programs.
Administrative Duties
• Track program outcomes and prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist with grant reporting and funding proposals by providing relevant data and narratives.
• Develop and manage budgets for client resources and programs in collaboration with the Executive Director.
Qualifications
• Education & Experience:
o Bachelor's degree in social work, nonprofit management, education, or a related field preferred.
o Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, client services, or a similar role in a nonprofit or ministry setting.
• Skills:
o Strong organizational and project management skills.
o Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, including public speaking.
o Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client database systems.
o Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
o Knowledge of maternal and infant health resources and services in the community.
o Experience in volunteer recruitment and management.
o Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles.
o A passion for Aim Women's Center's mission and a commitment to serving Christ through the work.
o Empathy, patience, and a nonjudgmental approach when interacting with clients.
o Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Working Conditions
• This role requires some evening and weekend hours for special events or classes.
• Moderate lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required for event setup or resource distribution.
