Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with the MarCom team and ministry leaders to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with Archdiocesan needs. Align digital marketing efforts through weekly content meetings focused on website content, social media, and email campaigns. Track performance metrics, analyze data, and report results to senior leadership.
- Budget and Resource Management: Oversee the management of the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation across various channels and initiatives. Coordinate billing for ministries as needed, ensuring smooth financial operations.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering growth and effectiveness. Collaborate with the Mission Advancement team to align digital, direct mail, and in-pew fundraising efforts with content themes. Propose new content and processes to enhance marketing, communications, and workflows across the Archdiocese, parishes, and schools including school enrollment marketing initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- A practicing Catholic eager to carry out the mission of the Archdiocese to rescue all people in Jesus Christ for the glory of the Father.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years current experience with data-driven digital marketing.
- Experience supervising or managing a small team is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and adapting under pressure.
- Expertise in marketing principles, digital marketing tools, storytelling, content creation and brand development.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; bilingual (English-Spanish) proficiency in a professional setting is a plus.
