Job Description: Fidelis Catholic Credit Union is seeking a passionate and dynamic Member Services Representative. This role is crucial to the success of our mission to provide exceptional service to our members with Catholic values. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Credit Union industry. This talented individual should embody confidence, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor. Bilingual proficiency is preferred. Travel to Fidelis branch locations within the Denver Metro area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent service experiences to our members and potential members.
• Provide accurate and concise cash handling.
• Assisting Credit Union members with deposit products, loan products and retirement (IRA) account services.
• Opening and maintaining membership accounts.
• Travel to Fidelis branch locations within the Denver Metro area.
• Represent the Credit Union by portraying the Fidelis core values and guiding principal: Mathew 7:12- So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bilingual proficiency preferred.
• A minimum of one year experience in member account service and consumer lending is preferred.
• An understanding of IRA products is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff and credit union members.
• Demonstrated success in cash handling.
• Ability to recognize and resolve issues.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to perform light lifting and occasional physical work.
