We are a group of only 125 dedicated people, committed to improving the quality of life for those in need by providing shelter and case management to those in need, convenient nearby locations to include, Fall River, MA, New Bedford, MA, and Taunton, MA, away from the heavily travelled commuting routes. We are also growing, with a new state of the art shelter opening in the near future in Attleboro, MA.

The Coordinated Entry Specialist will assist clients with identifying community resources, providing offering support and guidance in crises.

· Over the phone, talk with clients to assess their housing needs and make recommendations for assistance based on guidelines provided.

· Offer support and guidance in crisis situations.

· Assist clients with identifying community resources

· Maintain client files in accordance with agency/contract standard format.

What You Bring to The Table

Some office work experience with good phone etiquette
A reliable vehicle, good driving record and valid driver’s license
Good computer skills
Ability to pass a CORI background check
Commitment to integrity, excellence, and the highest standards of ethics
