POSITION SUMMARY
At Cardinal Ritter Senior Services, we value superior customer service and the successful operation of our IT systems. We seek a qualified IT Help Desk Technician to assist with issues related to phones, cell phones, networking, hardware, software, and printers. Ideal candidates will be excellent problem-solvers with outstanding communication and customer service skills.
OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to tech inquiries via ticket system, email, chats, phone, or in person.
- Understand and communicate effectively with senior customers.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing clear, step-by-step instructions.
- Create “How To” guides and consider process automation.
- Research issues and solutions as needed.
PAY RANGE
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and experience troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products (Teams, Defender, Purview, O365, SharePoint, Entra ID).
- Microsoft certifications are a plus, especially with upcoming Azure Cloud integration.
- Patient, friendly demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS
- 2 years’ experience in Active Directory or an Associate Degree in IT or related field, or relevant Microsoft Certifications.
- Team-oriented mindset with openness to constructive feedback.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems.
- Desire for career growth with potential for advancement.
- Professional yet relaxed dress code (nice blue jeans and ironed polo shirt, unless meeting clients or attending formal meetings/training).
- Low-stress work environment with management approval required for equipment handling.
- Commitment to high standards and professionalism in the IT Department.
- Support for obtaining Microsoft Certification with on-the-job study time.

Pre-Employment Screening
