Position Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to support the Augustine Institute's marketing efforts by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting key data to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions and enhance the impact of our marketing initiatives. You will provide in-depth insights into campaign performance, customer behavior, and overall marketing effectiveness.

Campaign Optimization: Coordinate and optimize campaigns across digital and traditional channels, monitoring performance metrics and making data-driven improvements.
Data Collection and Management: Collect and organize marketing data from various platforms, including HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all datasets for analysis.
Campaign Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by measuring key performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversions, and ROI. It is essential to provide actionable reports to drive continuous improvement.
Customer Insights and Segmentation: Use data to identify customer behaviors, segment audiences, and recommend targeted strategies for improved engagement and retention.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to inform marketing initiatives.
Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and present data-driven insights and performance reports to senior leadership, simplifying complex data for actionable decision-making.
Marketing Optimization: Work with marketing teams to optimize campaigns by providing data-backed recommendations and conducting A/B testing.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment on data insights and contribute to business strategy development.
UTM Ownership and Campaign Tracking: Own the setup and management of UTMs and ensure accurate tracking of campaign performance across various channels.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree or experience equivalent.
2+ years of marketing experience with a focus on data analysis
Certifications with major digital platforms like HubSpot, Google, Salesforce, Adobe, etc. is a strong plus.
Technical Skills:
Demonstrated technical aptitude with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.), Data Visualization (Domo, Tableau, Datorama, Data Studio, SuperMetrics), Digital Media, and Performance Marketing tools.
Demonstrated experience in HubSpot is a strong plus.
Experience working with Windows operating systems and MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
An understanding of the Catholic Church, general knowledge of diocesan organization and operations, and possesses deep empathy for Catholic users of Augustine Institute products.
Strong interpersonal communications skills including strong facilitation and presentation skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Exceptional time management skills and ability to define and achieve outcomes that meet or exceed the organization's goals.
