Mercy Centre is a program of Catholic Charities located in Worcester, Massachusetts. Founded by the Sisters of Mercy and Catholic Charities in the 1960’s, the program serves over one hundred adults with developmental disabilities ages eighteen and over in four different programs from the Worcester County extended area. The Adult Services programs have been in existence fifty years.
Our programmatic services are tailored to meet individualized needs and preferences. The emphasis is placed on enriching lives through employment, training, skill building and a full range of activities. Each program fosters growth in building self-esteem, independence, communication skills and encourages interactions with peers and community members.
We are currently seeking to fill Full Time Case Manager positions for this program. Responsibilities include providing case management, vocational services and activities of daily living skills (ADLs) goals for individuals in the programs. Responsible for monthly progress reports and various DDS mandated reports and assessments. Provide training, guidance and exemplary role modeling to all program participants. Responsibilities will include day-to-day coordination, training and oversight of the Day Habilitation, Employment and CBDS operational structure, execution of timely, efficient, and effective operations of the program. Responsible for reports, inventory, and correspondence with outside suppliers, directing, coordinating, developing, and overseeing all program components under the Mercy Centre Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and MassHealth programs, including payroll and transportation.

Requirements:
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in human services, business or related field, or two years’ professional level experience, knowledge of Microsoft Word and programs associated with case manager documentation, good administrative, organizational and writing skills. Bilingual and Spanish speaking ability preferred.
