Since 1971, Catholic Charities’ Crozier House has provided a structured and effective residential substance abuse treatment program for males, aged 18 years and older. Our program is designed for men who are ready to commit themselves to a daily program of sobriety, to accept the discipline of a structured community, and to cooperate with other residents and staff while preparing themselves towards sober housing or independent living. We are seeking a Case Manager to join our team!
This individual will provide counseling, both individually and in group settings while being responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of treatment planning and educational programs for residents within Crozier House.
Requirements include a valid and current driver’s license, a Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC) certification is strongly suggested at the time of hire, or must be in the process of attaining CADC within the first year of hire, or LADC (Licensed Alcohol Drug Counselor-Level -II). Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in dealing with Substance Abuse and Addiction in ASAM 3.1 level of care. Experience in the use of the 12-core functions of the Substance Abuse Counselor.
