Catholic Charities is seeking an HR Specialist to join our team!
Primary Responsibilities:
This individual will be responsible for providing various Human Resources functions and will be a primary point of contact for employees for all general HR related questions. This individual will focus on HR system access and troubleshooting, performing applicant screening, managing onboarding, benefit enrollments, worker’s compensation and unemployment claims, as well as personnel record retention.
Education and Experience Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong working knowledge of generalist HR functions
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A highly professional demeanor
- Proficiency with Microsoft office applications including, Excel, Outlook & Word
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
