Tuition Management Coordinator – Schools Mission Support Center
Location: Denver, CO multiple locations

Key Responsibilities
- Tuition Management: Ensure student accounts in the FACTS Tuition Management System are accurate, including tuition, fees, grants, and discounts; reconcile enrollment data; monitor overdue accounts and prepare annual audit reports.
- Collaborate with Finance and School Leadership: Partner with MSC Finance and school staff to reconcile tuition, collect payments, and issue tuition contracts; support annual re-enrollment, audits, budgeting, and financial aid planning.
- Family Coordination and Support: Serve as the main contact for parents with tuition or financial aid questions; guide families through financial aid applications, including Choice Scholarships and respond to tuition-related inquiries, ensuring policy compliance and timely follow-ups.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on admissions and tuition processes through ongoing training.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- A practicing Catholic eager to carry out the mission of the Archdiocese to rescue all people in Jesus Christ for the glory of the Father.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- 3–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- A team player with the ability to build trust, collaborate effectively, and foster positive relationships with colleagues, school leaders, and families.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Tuition Management Systems (FACTS preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
