Key Responsibilities

User Support: Provide tier 1 support for software, desktops, laptops, and network systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of computers, printers, and related equipment, while coordinating with vendors for repairs as needed.
Technology Improvements: Propose and implement technology enhancements, collaborate with the IT team on solutions and process improvements, and assist with managing and documenting IT projects.
Client Communication: Track and report project statuses to the MSC Team Lead, team members, and parish or school leaders, as necessary.

What Were Looking For

A practicing Catholic eager to carry out the mission of the Archdiocese to rescue all people in Jesus Christ for the glory of the Father.
Align with the values and mission of the Catholic Church and possess a willingness to practice human resources from this faithful perspective.
Associates Degree in Technology or related field preferred.
2-5 years of experience in technology and customer services preferred.
Customer-focused with a passion for troubleshooting and assisting with technology, proficient in configuring and deploying desktops, laptops, and operating systems (Microsoft, Apple, Google Classroom), with a strong understanding of software and installation procedures.
Resourceful problem solver, flexible and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, committed to confidentiality, integrity, and team excellence, and an effective communicator with strong documentation and project management skills.
