As a member of our Sales Leadership team you will be involved in the training, development, and mentoring of new Account Executives and Associate Publishers. The main focus of this position is to help new independent sales associates get their business off to a fast start, inspiring activity, and leading them to sales success.
The ideal candidate for this position would have 5+ years of leadership experience with an entrepreneurial spirit and a work-ethic like St. Joseph and Mother Teresa. Excellent communication skills are a must, partnered with a high-energy, motivational personality.

Responsibilities
- Assist and support our National Director of Sales with each aspect of our bi-weekly sales training programs.
- Learn and master best practices in our business presentations.
- Provide ongoing Personal Daily Support (PDS) with new trainees via phone and text.
- Assist new recruits with using our sales and data analytics software.
- Lead National Sales Calls and Advanced Training Calls to inspire action and celebrate success of current trainees/new launches.
- Assist our Business Development team by leading applicants into and through our sales training program.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using basic office software; Google Suite, Microsoft
- Basic knowledge of Zoom.
- Must have a computer with access to high speed internet and reliable phone service to work from home.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
