The Principal of SRCS (Seton Regional Catholic School) provides mission-driven leadership in collaboration with the pastor and other administrative team members.

- The candidate must be Faith-filled practicing Catholic
- Demonstrated commitment to Catholic education.
- Minimum of 5 years teaching
- Master’s degree or higher
- School leadership experience required
- Preferred - Administration/Supervision experience, Administration certification

The principal is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the school, including curriculum instruction, assessment, behavior, and the safety of all students. The principal is expected to work collaboratively with the Pastor, faculty, staff, and school board to promote high-quality academic and faith-formation programs. The principal is responsible for following and implementing Archdiocesan and SEAS (St. Elizabeth Ann Seton) and SRCS policies.
