Position Summary
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Product Manager to join our product team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success, to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and communicate a clear, prioritized product roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and ensures successful implementation.
Advocate for an exceptional user experience, leveraging customer research and insights to improve every user interaction with the product.
Manage day-to-day project coordination, ensuring timely delivery of product initiatives.
Work with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and content teams, to implement projects effectively.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and take proactive measures to address challenges.
Optimize the user experience by analyzing feedback, usability data, and industry best practices.
Clearly communicate product developments, updates, and changes to internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor product performance and implement optimizations to enhance user engagement.
Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and initiatives.
Develop training and documentation to support product maintenance.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in product management, project management, or related roles.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on user-centered design and innovation.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience in digital media, faith-based organizations, or education technology is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree in business or related field is preferred.
Minimum of three years of experience in a similar product-development/management leadership role or related field.
Deep understanding of the Catholic Church with a strong fundamental understanding in faith formation and catechesis.
Ability to learn about and advocate for what customers want and need to grow in the faith and/or teach the faith.
Experience delivering B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) product solutions.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fiscally responsible manner.
Exercise sound judgment and discretion in all interactions and decision-making.
A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a strong attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong project management disciplines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
