Mission Support Center - Team Lead
Location: Denver, CO multiple locations

Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build trust with pastors and staff, ensuring timely service delivery and managing SLAs. Provide regular updates and resolve challenges to maintain smooth operations.
- Service Team Leadership & Execution: Oversee MSC team operations, ensuring high service standards. Collaborate with the Program Manager to track project performance and foster communication between the team, parishes, and the Pastoral Center.
- Team Development: Lead and mentor a team across various service areas, ensuring they have the resources and support needed. Build a collaborative, mission-driven team aligned with the Archdiocese’s vision.
- Collaboration with Pastoral Center: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and work with Pastoral Center leadership to provide training and updates to the MSC team.
- Service Delivery & Support: Provide hands-on support in your functional area, ensuring services meet client needs and SLAs. Oversee successful project delivery, meeting client expectations.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- A practicing Catholic eager to carry out the mission of the Archdiocese to rescue all people in Jesus Christ for the glory of the Father.
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Design, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or similar field
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a customer focused/client service model
- Entrepreneurial spirit with experience driving initiatives, solving complex challenges, and managing client relationships.
- Strong ability to build trust, coach, mentor, and foster team collaboration while managing conflict.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective verbal and written communication.
- Expertise in operational best practices, client service, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and various information systems, with strong time management and prioritization skills
