Recruiter – Schools Mission Support Center
Location: Denver, CO multiple locations

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies, actively source candidates and build & maintain pool of potential candidates for educational and support roles.
- Screening and Interviewing: Screen applications and coordinate interviews to identify mission-aligned hires.
- Candidate Engagement and Relationship Building: Maintain positive communication with candidates, collaborate with school leadership, and represent the Archdiocesan schools at recruitment events.
- Onboarding Support: Work closely with HR and school leadership to ensure successful onboarding for new hires including offer letters, facilitating new-hire paperwork, and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Serve as liaison between Archdiocesan HR, school leadership and other departments to ensure alignment with recruitment needs, goals, and strategies.
- Compliance and Record-Keeping: Ensure compliance with Archdiocesan policies and employment laws while maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- A practicing Catholic eager to carry out the mission of the Archdiocese to rescue all people in Jesus Christ for the glory of the Father.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Full-Cycle Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in education or a mission-driven organization.
- Proficiency in application tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
