The primary responsibility of the position is to assist the Executive Director in all day-to-day activities. Some responsibilities include managing the schedule of the Executive Director, managing and booking of Array of Hope events, booking Podcast Guests, general office duties, answering phones, filing, maintaining calendars, writing contracts, updating contact information, and email correspondence. Additional responsibilities include maintaining donor, staff and Board member relationships.
Directly Reports to the Executive Director.
Purpose of the Job: Assist in helping the Executive Director fulfill his many commitments along with maintaining the many relationships he is engaged in.

• Three (3) years' experience in a similar position
