Position summary:
This full time position reports to the Director of Enrollment. The Assistant Director of Enrollment will work on the planning, implementation and execution of enrollment programs in support of Monsignor Bonner & Archbishop Prendergast Catholic High School enrollment efforts. This includes social media efforts, website management, communication with families and prospective students, management of the school (SchoolAdmin) software and all other areas of enrollment.
The Assistant Director of Enrollment represents the school in a variety of settings on and off campus.
Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Director of Enrollment, establish short and long-range goals and objectives to implement an enrollment and marketing plan to ensure those goals and objectives are achieved. This includes but is not limited to:
- Coordinate all admissions events including open houses, school visits, B&P school tours, awards night, scholarship exams, and shadow visits
- Coordinate a full schedule of enrollment activities and presentations; scheduling and leading presentations in a variety of settings (large, small, one-on-one, with and without parents, classrooms) and actively arranging follow-up appointments
- Perform data entry with admissions database (SchoolAdmin) and tracking of applications
- Manage the Admissions page of the school website
- Design marketing materials and coordinate the distribution of said materials
- Provide supervision of student ambassadors for school visits, open houses, & tours
- Be a resource to the B&P families who need assistance with the enrollment process
- Work closely with the Director of Enrollment and Financial Aid Committee regarding the awarding of financial aid and scholarships
- Create and manage content for the school website to ensure that all information on the website is current and accurate for all disciplines
- Monitor the school brand guidelines while identifying opportunities to expand into new markets
- Occasional night and weekend work will be necessary
- Additional tasks and responsibilities as needed assigned by the Director of Enrollment and President
Qualifications:
· Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Education, Communications, and/or another discipline is required.
· Must be able to work in a team environment, be self-motivated and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills
· Strong management and data analysis skills and the ability to work effectively with faculty, administration, and support staff members
· Experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Canva and Constant Contact
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to adhere to a long range strategic plan keeping day to day operations smooth
