St. Anthony of Padua School offers after school care for students in grades K-8. The after school care program runs from Monday through Friday from 2:40 PM till 5:30 PM. We are searching a for a candidate to serve as director of our After School Program and would oversee the entirety of the program. The position would be daily M-F from 2:00 PM - 5:30 PM.
The responsibilities of this position are to oversee the daily operations, ensuring a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for children. Responsibilities include managing staff, developing and implementing programs and activities, maintaining communication with parents, and adhering to all relevant regulations and standards. The director must also handle budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, while fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere that supports the developmental needs of all children in their care.
Ideal candidates must have communication skills, organizational skills, and a commitment to child development.
