Data Entry Assistant

Location: St. Francis, WI, 53235

The Archdiocese of Milwaukee is seeking an organized and motivated Data Entry Assistant to join our Development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry and have a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Assist with data entry and management of campaign databases
Provide administrative support to the campaign team
Check and verify entries to database to ensure accuracy
Provide excellent customer service to parishes and donors
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in data entry and management
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits:

The position is a full-time (40 hours per week), hourly position working in-person at the Archdiocese of Milwaukee Pastoral Center.
