We are seeking a Facilities Manager for our modern one-building parish and grounds. Experience in and understanding of building maintenance requirements is essential. This includes having knowledge of acceptable performance standards and being proactive in achieving them. A focus on energy conservation is expected. This position requires 25 hours of work per week.
An integral part of the position requires being friendly and working collaboratively with members of our staff and parish. This entails being a good oral and written communicator between contractors and vendors in the fulfilment of parish needs.
This position requires flexibility, dependability, timeliness and organizational ability due to the variability of Parish events which take place on some evenings and weekends.
