Description:
This individual will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy, as well as handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy, administer or oversee benefits and leave; payroll; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; recognition and rewards; occupational health and safety; and training and development.

Requirements:
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and at least 3-5 years of human resource management experience.
Additional requirements include excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail, as well as excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required.
