Description:
This individual will provide direct supervision to recovery specialists. Ensure professional integrity of direct care staff in the daily operations within the Crozier House model of care. Provide supervision and capacity building for the recovery specialists and ensure supervision during the times the clinical director is not on-site. Assist staff in developing co-occurring treatment skills and fidelity to the evidence-based practices utilized at the program.

Requirements:
A minimum of 3-5 years working in a related field of co-occurring enhanced disorders, or an Associate’s Degree and 1-2 years working in a related field, particularly mental health, and CPR-First Aid certified and trained in overdose prevention. Two years of supervisory experience is preferred. Licensed Alcohol Drug Counselor II (LADC-II; or LADC-Asst.), Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC).
