Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated 5th Grade Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will be passionate about elementary education, committed to fostering a love of learning, and eager to integrate Catholic values into the classroom. The teacher will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, implementing engaging lesson plans, and collaborating with colleagues to support student success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student growth.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.
Utilize STEM-based teaching strategies to promote critical thinking and problem-solving.
Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments.
Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and administration.
Support the mission and Catholic identity of the school in all aspects of teaching.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
Valid state teaching certification/licensure.
Experience teaching at the elementary level preferred.
Strong classroom management and instructional skills.

Ability to integrate technology and STEM principles into instruction.
