Aurora Central Catholic High School is looking for a part time band teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. This position has the potential to grow to full time.
Applicant should be prepared to teach Jazz Band and Symphonic Band. Strong background in conducting is preferred. Experience with guitar, piano, and/or music technology is a plus. Band students will perform in school concerts throughout the year, and all school masses, in addition to community events and contests. Directing pep band during football and basketball seasons, as well as pit orchestra in musical theatre productions, are additional responsibilities.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor or Master degree and hold an Illinois Professional Educator Licensure.
