Position: UI/UX Designer
Contract Length: 5-9 months
Pay: $35-$45/hour
Expected Hours: 40 hours/week
Overview:
As a UI/UX Designer, you will craft seamless user workflows and lead the design of exceptional user experiences across our digital products. Collaborating closely with product managers and developers, you'll play a key role in shaping the visual and functional aspects of our user interfaces, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience across platforms.
Responsibilities:
-Design and implement branding across multiple digital
interfaces.
-Develop a consistent visual identity used across various software projects.
-Enhance platform aesthetics while maintaining brand consistency.
-Work closely with product teams to optimize user flows and streamline interactions.
-Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma to communicate design ideas and gather feedback.
-Apply mobile-first and responsive design principles to ensure usability across all devices.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a portfolio demonstrating diverse design work.
-Expertise in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, and design system creation.
-Strong understanding of user flow optimization, especially for multi-step processes involving coordination and collaboration.
-Experience with responsive design and mobile-first principles.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
-Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality to deliver an engaging, intuitive user experience.
-Proficient in creating responsive UIs for both mobile and web platforms.
