The Archdiocese of St. Louis strives to teach and share our faith, serve others, and foster unity throughout the St. Louis area. Once a part of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary's campus, the Cardinal Rigali Center in Shrewsbury, MO is today the headquarters and curia (governing body) for the Archdiocese of St. Louis.
The primary objective of this position is to provide leadership and administrative assistance to the pastor in the implementation of the parish evangelization program. This person will work closely with the Pastor, Parish Council, and Parish Evangelization Team along with staff and volunteers as we engage all parishioners by providing a clear and accessible path for all to grow in holiness.
This position will focus on evangelization in all aspects of our parish life together, including:
Assist in the coordination and establishment of the three pillars of the evangelization program:
- Assist the three evangelization teams in formation of the respective team
- Serve as liaison between the teams and ministries of the parish.
- OCIA Coordinator:
- Other ministry type duties as assigned
Position Specifications/Requirements Graduate of the LPMP (Lay Pastoral Ministry Program) or a comparable pastoral program
- College degree or equivalent
- Must be an active and practicing Catholic
- Must be current in Church theology

This position requires many evenings and weekends and should be set up in a flex-time arrangement for a 40 hour work week.
