CATHOLIC CHARITIES OF ST. LOUIS, a family of ministries, has been helping people in need since 1912. As an integral member of the Catholic Charities Integrated Marketing & Communications team, the Communications Specialist will work to further expand Catholic Charities’ Mission and brand throughout the 11 counties of the Archdiocese of St. Louis. This position will play an important role in building awareness of the important services and “communion of care” of the ministries of Catholic Charities through the development and implementation of an assortment of strategies and tactics, through social media, websites, events, and internal and external communications.
· Create compelling social media content and graphics to tell the important stories of Catholic Charities.
· Utilize design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
· Develop a social media calendar that aligns with the needs of our ministries and the Central Office.
· Schedule and publish posts on all social platforms.
· Track and report on KPIs such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Bachelor’s degree, with 1-3 years’ experience with a marketing & communications team, preferably in a non-profit environment. Experience with Office 365 and Canva.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
