Redemptorist St. Gerard School is a private, Catholic school located in North Baton Rouge, Louisiana. We offer a core curriculum and a supportive environment to ensure our students experience success every day. We focus on scholastic development and personal growth, along with spiritual, ethical, and moral enrichment. We aim to develop students who are independent and confident, inquisitive and enthusiastic, responsible and compassionate. Our dedicated faculty and staff of 25 individuals currently serves over 250 students in grades Pre-kindergarten through eighth, and nearly 100% of our students qualify for need-based scholarships. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Practicing Catholic for whom loyalty to Christ, His people, and the Church are of first importance and hold a philosophy of education consistent with this Catholic conviction
2. Master's Degree, ability to Meet LA Non-Public Requirements for Administration
3. Five Years Minimum Experience in Education, Preferably in Catholic Schools
4. Demonstrated leadership ability, Preferably in Catholic Education
5. Preferred starting January 2025
