REQUIREMENTS

Must be flexible with hours/days and tasks. Be available for different shifts and working weekends as need may arise.
Must speak English.
At least 3 years of experience.

TASKS

Clean the entire interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls.
Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones.
Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
Clean all kitchens, surfaces, refrigerators, cooking devices (stoves, coffee makers, microwave ovens, etc.) floors etc.
Clean and disinfect then maintain restrooms. Keep supplied with towels and toilet paper.
Empty trash and recycling bins.
Vacuum, sweep and mop and wax (when and where needed) floors.
Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment.
Garbage removal and preparation for pickup for sanitation.
Clean and maintain outdoor sidewalks and Plaza.
Keep clean, stock and maintain inventory for supply and storage rooms.
Washing, drying and ironing of linen.
Knowledge of banquet facility items, where they are located and keeping them clean and ready for use (tables, glasses, dishes, linen, service utensils etc.)
Set up for parties, events and meetings to include following floor plan, helping, client and providing service during the event.
Breakdown and clean up after parties.
Knowledge of safety guidelines when working with chemical cleaners.
