Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America (SBA) is the largest pro-life political organization in the country with a nationwide network of more than 1 million Americans. We combine politics with policy, investing heavily in voter education to ensure that pro-life Americans know where their lawmakers stand on protecting the unborn, and in issue advocacy, advancing pro-life laws through direct lobbying and grassroots campaigns.
The Accountant is responsible for preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports for SBA and its affiliates. This position will assist with compliance reporting for the Organization's political and lobbying activities. On the job training will be available for these functions. This position will also assist with the annual audit and preparation of the 990.

This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Director of Finance.
Essential Functions
• Responsible for accounts payable management
• Revenue reconciliation between Sage Accounting Software and CRM system
• Managing reimbursements for personnel
• Budget reporting
• Assist with audit and tax preparation
• FEC and State Reporting for all PAC and lobbying activity
• Payroll processing
