Duties:
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management of students
-Fills in classrooms as needed and provides lunch breaks as dictated by administration.
-Encounters children in a variety of ages from six weeks-4 years.
-Maintain a positive relationship with parents and staff.
-Clean and organize classrooms as directed.
-Works cooperatively with and assists teachers and other staff members.
- Provide caregiving and support to students during school hours
- Implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support teachers in delivering lessons and activities.
- Assist with student supervision during recess, lunch, and other activities.
- Help with administrative tasks such as organizing materials and maintaining records.
Experience:
- Previous experience working with students in a classroom setting is preferred
- Experience in babysitting, nannying, or caregiving is a plus.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies is beneficial
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
