WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH
- Coordinate, support, and help to grow the various programs of the Napa Institute, including but not limited to:
- Shepherd Circle - Napa Institute's initiative to form and create networks for priests under the age of 40, as well as alumni of the program
- Salon Dinners - Dinners hosted by TRB and others related to Napa Institute to improve communion within the Church among Catholics with different viewpoints.
- DC and East Coast Event Planning and Execution - Assist the Executive Director and team in planning and executing events in Washington, DC, New York City, and other places of interest for Napa Institute. These include co-sponsored events with the Catholic Information Center, Leonine Forum, and Catholic University of America's Busch School of Business
- General support for standing events such as Summer Conference, Procession and Fall Faith and Business Conference, etc.
- Assist in the preparation of event budgets and execute events accordingly. Keep track of expenses on an event-by-event basis and report on outcomes.
- Detail work from inception of ideas to successful completion and post-event review. Must be capable of handling tasks at all levels, including very routine. This is not primarily a management position.
- Marketing support - depending on experience, assist marketing consultants on the promotion and expansion of Napa Institute and its work

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- practicing Catholic: 1 year (Required)
