Diocese of Sioux City is seeking a practicing Catholic as Administrative Assistant for the Catholic Schools Office and Office of Faith Formation. Two years of advanced training in business administration, office procedures, accounting or general clerical skills required; BA or BS degree preferred. Minimum of two years’ experience is secretarial duties and/or office management required. Strong computer skills with detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and Google workspace (drive, docs, sheets, slides, etc.) required; experience with desktop publishing helpful. Excellent communication & organizational skills essential. Bilingual language skills (Spanish/English) highly desirable, but not required. Part-time position, 20 hours per week. Weekly schedule is negotiable.
