DescriptionThe Advancement Assistant supports the mission of Catholic Central High School by providing administrative support to the Advancement Department initiatives/events that raise monies for the school and/or cultivate community.Primary ResponsibilitiesIn addition to content teaching, the selected candidate will: Assist the Associate Director of Advancement with administrative duties such as processing acknowledgement letters, monthly pledge reminders, and Raiser's Edge data maintenanceAssist the Chief Advancement Officer with administrative duties, board reports, meeting set up, and taking minutes at meetingsProvide administrative support for fundraising, community, and alumni events, including the Alumni Reunion Weekend, Gloriam, Grandparent's Day, and Donor Appreciation BreakfastsAttend and participate in Advancement Committee meetingsStrategically plan the Advancement Calendar with the Advancement DepartmentThrough their work, further the Catholic mission and identity of the school
