All Saints Academy is seeking an energetic, faith-filled preschool lead teacher for our 3 & 4 year old classroom starting immediately. Your primary role is to instruct and guide students in developmentally appropriate activities while using the Michigan Early Childhood Standards of Quality as guidelines. Helping students to be engaged in a fun, faith-filled educational environment is key. The position is full time (Monday-Friday 8:00-4:00) and it follows the regular school calendar.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and educational qualifications.ResponsibilitiesSupervising and interacting with preschoolers ages 3 and 4Create and implement age appropriate lesson plansImplement classroom and school proceduresDemonstrate knowledge of school policies and proceduresAssist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for all students and staff membersPromote the academic, spiritual, and emotional well-being of all studentsRemain current on educational trainings and qualificationsPerform other duties as assigned or neededWork with a team of educators
