The Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management at Catholic Central High School will help define and achieve the institutions strategic enrollment goals, for both incoming and transfer/international candidates, and will bring a marketing perspective, quantitative data analysis, evaluation and research to the development of enrollment policy and strategy.The Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management is a year-round/12-month position that is a direct report to the President of Catholic Central High School.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and oversight of the day-to-day operations to the Office of Admission including, but not limited to: recruitment & retention strategies, staff & budget management, marketing & advertising, and event planning.Collaborate with Principal and Assistant Principals to set and execute parameters for admission.Support the tuition and tuition assistance process.Assist the Advancement Department with the scholarship process and communications.Assist the Student Support Services Department by providing information for new students who require support.Collaborate with the Counseling office to determine needs and timelines for new student enrollment.Manage all aspects of the prospective student experience beginning with recruitment through the day of orientation.Lead reporting professional staff in the execution of their duties, goal setting and performance appraisal.Cultivate and maintain partnerships with key constituents, including parents, prospective students, grade schools, national organizations, and donors.Lead ongoing refinements to the admissions process, including research, quantitative data analysis and marketing plan development that assists with the formation of enrollment goals, policy and strategy.Assist the Office of Communication in the development of marketing materials, strategy, and messaging.Lead planning for and coordination of Open House, Shadow Days, CC Info nights, and the Freshman Welcome Reception.Execute student transfers and withdrawals facilitate exit interviews when necessary.Identify, coordinate with, and train student volunteers to make sure they are prepared to represent the school in various capacities.Support the Assistant Principal for Student Life with orientation for new students and parents.Represent Catholic Central High School to prospective students, their parents and representatives of grade schools.Administer and manage an annual operating budget.Other duties as assigned.
