Summary: St. Anselm Parish is looking for a welcoming Christ-centered individual to be its next Pastoral Associate. The ideal candidate has a deep spiritual life and a background in Catholic theology. This person will engage parishioners and visitors of all ages. This full-time position will assist the pastor in various aspects of parish ministry including the ministry of presence at weekend masses and parish events. Some of the responsibilities of this position include coordinating Sunday RCIA, directing bereavement, teaching adult education, and collaborating on the parish’s welcoming efforts. Requirements: A background in Catholic theology, a joyful/welcoming personality, and a desire for continuing education in Catholic Theology.
