Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elementary education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of young students. Responsibilities include creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for all students.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification in the state of Michigan
- Demonstrated experience working with elementary-aged students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all students
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in education
