St. Philip Catholic Church in Falls Church, VA is hiring a full-time Facilities Manager to maintain the Parish buildings and grounds. Reporting to the Pastor, this role monitors contract services, plans preventative maintenance, maintains daily logs, and manages custodial staff. The Facilities Manager directs regular and long-term projects for maintenance, remodeling, and improvement of the physical plant and grounds of our Church, Rectory, Convent, and School. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to details, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
