What You'll Do:
•Supervise custodial staff ensuring cleaning and sanitizing is completed in all areas.
•Manage grounds equipment maintenance to ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
•HVAC management including temperature control, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting.
•Ensure all campus areas are safe and secure through door security and building checks.
What You'll Bring:
•Previous experience in managing custodial or maintenance work preferred.
•Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, minor repairs, and maintenance tasks.
•Ability to lift, move, and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.), and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
•Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
•Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
