Director of Faith and Science-
Trinity Woods Catholic Retreat Center in Trego, WI, is seeking a faith-filled Catholic individual or couple for the full-time role as the Director of Faith and Science Programs. Serving the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis. Manage our outdoor science program that integrates Catholic teachings and fosters a deeper appreciation for God's creation. Ideal candidates will have experience in program leadership, team management, and faith formation, with a passion for exploring the intersection of faith and science. This position also includes overseeing full-time mission staff and helping to recruit 30-35 summer missionaries.
Key Responsibilities
• Work with our Mission Staff Coordinator: Oversee recruiting, training, and mentoring of a team of year-round and summer mission staff (between 4-8).
• Faith and Science Program: Work with our team to lead faith-based science program for youth, integrating Catholic teachings and faith development with hands-on scientific exploration.
• Spiritual Leadership: Lead prayer, reflection, and formation to foster faith and community among staff and participants.
• Outreach & Promotion: Build partnerships with Catholic schools, parishes, and community organizations to promote programs.
• Budget & Logistics: Manage program budgets and work with staff to coordinate accommodations, meals, and activities of these camps at our beautiful facility.
This is a salaried position that includes on-site housing, allowing you to live amidst the beauty of over 700 acres in the Northwoods of Wisconsin while fostering faith and community.
