The School of Saint Mary is seeking a full-time director of security to begin work in the late spring of 2025. The Director of Security will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all students, staff, and visitors at the School of Saint Mary. This position will work collaboratively with school administration to oversee security operations; develop, update and implement safety and security policy and procedures for the school; and work collaboratively with local law enforcement and other stakeholders to prevent and respond to emergencies. Experience in law enforcement, military, emergency management or related fields, as well as experience in managing teams is required. Applicants must currently possess or be willing to obtain certification in school safety, CLEET, CPR/First Aid, or other relevant certifications.
