Hours:
• Part-time (20 hours/week), with a mix of daytime, evening, and weekend commitments.
Responsibilities:
Administrative & Office Support
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating ministry events.
• Manage email communication and Flocknote announcements for various programs.
• Maintain participant records, permission forms, and diocesan compliance documentation.
• Assist with budget tracking and purchasing necessary ministry supplies.
Program & Event Coordination
• Provide logistical support for youth ministry nights, retreats, and service projects.
• Help with the setup and teardown of ministry events and meetings.
• Coordinate volunteer sign-ups and maintain communication with youth and families.
Communications and Outreach
• Assist in social media updates and marketing materials for youth, young adult, and family ministries.
• Support website updates related to ministry events.
• Handle general inquiries about ministry programs and assist with registration..
Qualifications:
• Practicing Catholic with familiarity in youth and young adult ministry.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a ministry environment.
• Availability for evening and weekend events as needed.
Supervision & Accountability:
• Reports to the Director of Ministries to the Youth, Young Adults, and Young Families
• Collaborates with parish clergy, religious education staff, and school faculty.
