Overview
Responsible for managing the relationships between KofC and multiple Tier 1 and 2 vendors. This includes vendors for all print, promo, fulfillment, logistics, scanning and imaging, and mail services. Serves as the point of contact and provides information and direction on all new and existing projects for the organization. Acts as a conduit between internal clients and vendors and able to provide quick resolution to a range of issues at various levels of magnitude and within all levels of the Order. Responsible for ensuring Knights of Columbus providers are always managed and held accountable for meeting service level agreements, accurately invoicing KPI’s and ensuring that the terms and conditions of the agreement are being met. Uses required software to input all critical vendor information. Assists with all sourcing projects that run though the department, including large RFPs. Handles contracts and renewals with internal departments and Legal team. The role will act as a coordinator between multiple projects for the Tier 1 and 2 Vendors to ensure there is alignment with overall business goals.
Core Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact between non-IT vendors and internal business areas of the organization.
- Assist in the vendor management, risk and governance and daily operation of assigned Knights of Columbus providers.
- Collaborates with points of contact to drive continuous improvements to the Program (s) and cost savings, as well as coordinates, prioritizes and implements enhancements
- Monitors and communicates Compliance changes to providers.
- Maintains Inventory, Master list, Procedures and all other documentation relating to vendors.
- Ensures all vendor online systems are in order and functioning.
- Monitors and records vendor reporting for the organization, analyzes Program performance data and inventory reporting on a regular basis and performs follow up activities to ensure the partner adheres to SLA & quality measures. Reviews vendor contracts and renewals
- Assists in sourcing events for the department such as RFQ and RFP.

Education
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years related experience in print management, procurement, vendor interaction, and project and program implementation
Preferred:
- Advanced degree preferred
Physical Demands
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of the workday.
Compensation
The wage range for this role takes into account a broad array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The range below applies as long as the work is performed in Connecticut; the Knights of Columbus reserves the right to adjust the wage range if the position is performed in another location. At the Knights of Columbus, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $85,400- $140,900 .
