Exciting Home Care Agency is looking to hire for a bilingual Field Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for all aspects of field service including training, handling caregiver/patient complaints, and in-home intakes all while ensuring patient satisfaction.

Field Service Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis.
- Prepare training and development plans that address business needs.
- Track issues and implement solutions.
- Communicate with patients and caregivers, providing feedback when necessary.
Field Service Coordinator Requirements:
- Must be fluent in conversational Spanish
- Field work within home care experience
- Communication and people person skills
- Must be a team-player
- Ability to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and heavy workloads
- Valid driver’s license and your own car
