Job Opportunity for Christian Daycare/Preschool Director, Located in Scottdale, PA
New Hope Alliance Church in Scottdale is looking for a Director to run our new Christian
Child Care Center. The Director will be responsible for establishing and running the day to day activities of the day c/preschool. They will manage the Christ Centered curriculum, oversee physical facilities, hire staff and manage the overall image of the center. The Director will ensure compliance with all local and federal laws governing child care, and be responsible for the financial affairs of the facility. The Director will ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws governing child care, both in regard to the physical environment and staff.
Qualifications
- Must be a person who values and sees the inherent value of a Christian-based early education program and supports the beliefs /doctrine of The Christian and Missionary Alliance and New
Hope Alliance Church’s Policy.
- Must either be a Certified Child Care Director or be capable of obtaining the certification.
- Must have experience working with children in professional capacity.
- Associates degree or higher degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special
Education, Elementary Education, or Human Services field or a degree in any field and 30 credits in any of the above fields.
- While active participation in New Hope Alliance Church congregation is appreciated, successful candidate must be conversant in and practice the Christian faith and have a recommendation from their pastor of the church where they are in regular attendance.
Work Schedule
Self-Determined! As long as state requirements are met, and the job is done the hours are determined by the director themselves.

$26,000 - $31,200 annual. Incentives with Growth.
