Job Summary
We are seeking two Office Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.
Responsibilities
The positions will provide overall clerical support including but not limited to processing departmental documents and information, maintaining appropriate records, and assisting with the efficiency of office operations. The ability to coordinate information regarding programming and registration for programming is critical.
Qualifications
· a minimum of three years of diverse clerical experience
· the ability to work with co-workers, clients and the general public in an effective and respectful manner
· strong analytical skills
· strong communication skills, both verbal and written
· excellent organization and interpersonal skills
· proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and an ability to learn specialized software
· the ability to work independently and to multi-task
· a strong understanding of the Catholic faith.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.25 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
